About the Role
- We are seeking for a proactive Inspection Officer to support property inspections and assist clients during property viewings.
- The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's licence and passion for learning. Candidate will be trained on the job .
Key Responsibilities
- Take clients to inspect available properties.
- Visit and inspect new properties on behalf of the company.
- Take clear photos and videos of properties during inspections.
- Provide accurate information and feedback on inspected properties.
- Support the real estate team with property-related field activities.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree / OND / HND with 2- 4years work experience
- Must reside around the Ikota–Ajah axis.
- Previous experience in real estate is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to learn and develop professionally.
- Must know how to drive.
- Must possess a valid driver's licence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Salary
N120,000 - N140,000 / Month.
