Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Provider Success Executive to manage the onboarding, training, performance, and relationships of UNWIND Service Providers. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management, process improvement, business development, and analytical skills, with experience in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding and training of UNWIND Service Providers.
• Ensure providers understand and adhere to UNWIND standards and policies.
• Build strong relationships and maintain regular communication with service providers.
• Monitor provider performance and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve provider-related customer issues and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and improve processes to enhance provider success and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams.
• Support provider acquisition and business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in a technology, digital services, consumer-facing, or fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable, commercially driven, and results-oriented.
