About the Opportunity
Talenvo is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a reputable and fast-growing company in the real estate industry, for the position of Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
* Driving property sales and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.
* Identifying and converting qualified prospects into successful property transactions.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Conducting property presentations, inspections, and client consultations.
* Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through successful deal closure.
* Maintaining accurate client and sales records using the company's CRM system.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing and an exceptional customer experience.
* Keeping up to date with market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.
* *3–5 years of proven experience* in real estate sales, property marketing, or a similar client-facing sales role.
* A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* A good understanding of the Nigerian real estate market.
* A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to sales.
