Experienced Customer Support Executive - Real Estate

Role Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Real Estate Customer Support Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and smooth communication throughout the property buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound client calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Provide information on available properties, site visits, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate client database and follow-ups.
- Liaise between clients, sales, and operations teams.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc in any related field.
- Must have 1-2 years experience in Real Estate OR Banking.
- Experience in both Real Estate and Banking/Financial Marketing is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must be resident in or around Lekki-Ajah.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
