Sales & Digital Marketing Manager (Real Estate & Others)

Position Overview

• We are seeking a versatile and experienced Sales & Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, and digital marketing within the real estate and construction industry.
• The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven expertise in content creation, advertisement placement, social media management, and lead generation. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and achieving the company's sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for real estate properties and other subsidiaries services.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
• Create compelling and engaging content for various digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, brochures, and video scripts that showcase properties and investment opportunities.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to generate quality leads.
• Oversee the company's social media pages and accounts, ensuring consistent branding, engaging content, timely responses, and community engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through digital channels, conduct inspectionsand convert them into sales, tracking performance metrics.
• Manage the company's website content, ensure SEO optimization, and maintain all digital profiles, including Google My Business, property listing sites, and review platforms.
• Enhance the company's online presence and brand visibility through strategic digital initiatives, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of sales and digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, collaborating with other departments (sales, business development,marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment and shared objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in sales, business development, and digital marketing, specifically within the real estate development and construction industry.
• Relevant professional certifications in sales, digital marketing, or business development (e.g., Certified Digital Marketing Professional, Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot Certification) are highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and generating quality leads through digital channels.
• Demonstrated expertise in content creation, social media management, SEO/SEM, and paid advertisement placement across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to track and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
