Real Estate Field Agent

Job Description
- We are seeking to employ an energetic Field Agent to source new properties and guide client inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Find Properties: Scout new apartments for our co-living (DG Apartments), and long-term rental (DG Renthouse) portfolios.
- Lead Inspections: Show properties to potential tenants, answer questions, and capture clear photos and videos for listings.
- Records: Keep daily inspection schedules and client details updated in our database.
Key Requirements
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Lagos rental markets and key neighborhoods.
- Skills: Strong communication, basic mobile photography, and good organization.
- Mobility: Ready to travel daily across assigned areas in Lagos.
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: N80,000 - N200,000 / Month.
- High performance-based commissions/bonuses on successful conversions.
- Field logistics / transportation allowance.
- Career growth opportunities within real estate space
