Job Summary
- We are seeking smart, result - driven, and relationship - focused candidates to join our team as Value Chain Officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and customer acquisition
- Promote loans, deposits, and other banking products
- Manage customer relationships within assigned sectors
- Conduct basic credit and financial analysis
- Monitor portfolio performance and loan repayments
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in any related field with minimum of 1 year experience.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Sales and business development mindset.
- Good analytical and problem - solving skills.
- Knowledge of banking operations is an advantage.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.
Salary
N199,000 / month.
