Storekeeper

Job Summary

  • The Store In-Charge will oversee inventory management, stock control, receiving and issuance of materials, and ensure accurate inventory records to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations.
  • Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
  • Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
  • Prepare inventory reports for management.
  • Coordinate with procurement and finance departments.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
  • Prevent inventory losses and damages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4years' experience in inventory or store management.
  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good analytical ability.
