Area Business Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the performance of Territory Managers and Senior Sales Executives across assigned regions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to assigned market territories.
- Drive the achievement of a ₦400 Million monthly sales target** across the region.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management support to Territory Managers and their teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and sales initiatives.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, market insights, and business activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong business development and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Compensation Structure
- Salary Range: N600,000 – N800,000 Monthly + Performance-Based Incentives
- Monthly Sales Target: N400 Million.
