Field Sales Auditor

Role Purpose
- To safeguard company assets and ensure 100% field compliance.
- You will verify that reported sales performance matches market reality, with a specific focus on the Tropical Boost pack placement exercise.
Key Responsibilities
- Tropical Boost Audit: Physically verify the placement, visibility, and availability of the "Tropical Boost" packs in all targeted outlets.
- Field Coverage Audit: Monitor and validate effective territory coverage to ensure no assigned routes or outlets are bypassed during the placement exercise.
- Compliance Verification: Conduct unannounced join-visits to audit reps' adherence to the "8 Steps of a Call" and route compliance.
- Data Integrity: Authenticate reported sales volumes, GMV, and the legitimacy of newly onboarded outlets on the digital platform.
- Asset & Stock Audit: Conduct physical audits of company motorbikes and digital devices. Reconcile depot stock levels and verify wholesale credit repayments.
- Market Intelligence: Validate reports on competitor pricing and market trends before escalation to Head Office.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Field Audit or Sales Operations.
- Analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail.
- Strong communication and objective reporting skills.
- Unwavering professional integrity.
