• The Field Specialist – Production Enhancement will provide technical expertise and field support for the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and services at customer sites.

Responsibilities
As a Field Specialist – Production Enhancement , you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with HSE standards. Collaborates with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, optimize operational performance, and support business objectives. Responsible for accurate reporting, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership and mentorship to field crews while ensuring equipment readiness, inventory management, crew planning, and timely closure of maintenance and operational issues. Promote safe and reliable operations through audits, incident reporting and investigations, participation in safety and service quality activities, and management of operational deviations and risks.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards by implementing the Safety to Perform (STP) program and task risk assessments, proactively participating in safety activities, reporting observations, preventing unsafe situations where safe to do so, and never bypassing safety controls or company standards without authorization
• Manage and oversee a number of production enhancement  operations by ensuring crew competency, safety compliance, equipment readiness, resource availability, accurate job planning and calculations, adherence to contract requirements, proper equipment calibration, and complete operational documentation to deliver safe and efficient service.
• Coordinate safe and efficient operations by confirming equipment and crew readiness, validating job requirements and calculations, ensuring adherence to the approved program, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and managing any operational deviations through the appropriate approval process.
• Ensure timely post-job reporting, documentation of failures, equipment inspection and maintenance, completion of post-job checks, accurate job ticket processing for invoicing, and coordination of any required repairs to maintain operational readiness and service quality.
• Ensure workforce readiness and operational compliance by validating crew competencies and lifting certifications, submitting required pre- and post-job documentation, and promptly reporting equipment deficiencies and repair needs to the appropriate team

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a minimum of Two year Technical Degree
• Have at least 5 years of hands-on onshore or offshore oilfield service experience in pressure pumping and Production Enhancement operations
• Competence with pressure pumping, manifold systems, and wellsite treating lines.
• Good computer literacy for logging data and managing reports
• Show a high knowledge and understanding of the Oil and Gas industry
• Have an excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills 
• Be a good team player and display good communication skills
