Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Lagos (Head Office, Festac & Ikota), Awka, Owerri, Port Harcourt Salary: ₦200,000 Gross Experience: 3–4 Years Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets across our locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a proven track record in sales performance. Please note: While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, this role is currently best suited for female candidates due to operational requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports for management.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing training to improve team performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support business objectives.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Monitor sales pipelines and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of proven sales management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
