Job Summary

• The Content Creator & Copywriter will be responsible for developing and creating engaging, brand-aligned content for the assigned subsidiaries.
• This role covers content ideation, copywriting, short-form video creation, visual storytelling, and content production.
• The Content Creator is expected to understand the objectives of each assigned business and turn them into relevant, creative and commercially effective content.

Reporting & Accountability:
The Content Creator reports directly to the Corporate Communications & Marketing Manager and is accountable for:

• Monthly content calendars and content planning.
• Content ideas, concepts, captions and copy.
• Video scripts and short-form content.
• Content production and timely delivery.
• Campaign and event content.
• Content quality and brand alignment.
• Creative trends and content opportunities.
• Providing relevant content updates and insights during weekly reviews and monthly reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas aligned with each subsidiary's marketing objectives.
• Write captions, social media copy, hooks, scripts and calls-to-action.
• Create Reels, short-form videos, photos and other social media content.
• Plan and execute content shoots using available equipment.
• Prepare and submit monthly content calendars by due dates.
• Deliver a minimum of 12 planned content pieces per month for each assigned subsidiary.
• Create content for campaigns, promotions, launches, events and other business activities.
• Monitor relevant social media trends and recommend suitable content opportunities.
• Work with the Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer and Photographer/Videographer to deliver approved content.
• Review content performance with the Social Media Manager and use insights to improve future content.

Must Have

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to create engaging short-form video content/Reels.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Ability to write captions, scripts, and compelling hooks.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous content work.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working across multiple brands.
• Photography and more advanced video editing skills.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar creative tools.
• Experience creating content for real estate, hospitality, food, travel, retail or consumer brands.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing on-camera talent.
