Location: Abuja, Nigeria Company: Denam Properties Limited Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Denam Apartments Limited is looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing & Content Creator to grow our brand visibility, drive bookings, and build an engaged online community. You'll own our social media presence, create standout content, and help position DAL as a premium, memorable stay for our guests. Responsibilities Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more Create photos, reels, TikToks, stories, and promotional content showcasing our apartments and guest experiences Manage a content calendar and write compelling captions/marketing copy Support paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) and track campaign performance Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials Work with the reservations team to convert enquiries into bookings Engage with our online community — comments, DMs, reviews, and testimonials Requirement Bachelor's degree/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, Media Studies, or related field 2–4 years' experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation A strong portfolio of content, campaigns, or videos Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite; Adobe Suite is a plus Experience in hospitality, short-lets, real estate, or lifestyle brands is an advantage Digital marketing/Meta Blueprint/HubSpot certifications are a bonus
