Digital Marketer (Remote)

The Role We are looking for a sharp, aggressive Digital Marketer whose core mandate is to generate revenue for BCS through digital channels. This is a target based role. Your content, campaigns, and platforms exist to produce leads and paying clients, not just visibility. If you cannot show a track record of digital work that converts into revenue, this role is not for you. Key Responsibilities Own and consistently meet monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets through digital marketing Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels with revenue as the primary goal Develop and execute a content calendar built around converting audiences into paying clients for all BCS service lines Create and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, and copy that is designed to drive inquiries and sales, working closely with the brand and sales team Manage and grow BCS social media platforms with a focus on converting followers into leads and leads into revenue Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google to hit specific lead and revenue targets Track campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategy immediately when targets are not being met Work closely with the sales team to ensure every marketing generated lead is captured, followed up, and converted Stay on top of digital trends, tools, and platform changes to keep campaigns competitive and revenue generating Report weekly on key metrics including leads generated, cost per lead, conversion rate, and revenue contribution against target What We Are Looking For Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role A demonstrated, provable track record of running campaigns that generated leads and revenue, not just visibility or engagement Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic or video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar Working knowledge of paid advertising on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, including budget management and performance tracking against targets Comfortable with analytics tools and able to read data to make fast campaign decisions Comfortable appearing on camera to create content, including videos, reels, and testimonials that support marketing and lead generation Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and platforms at once Based in or willing to relocate to Abuja Target Expectations This is a numbers first role. You will be given clear monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets from day one. Success means consistently meeting or exceeding those targets through content, campaigns, and conversion, not just growing followers. Candidates who cannot show evidence of past campaigns that generated real revenue should not apply. What Success Looks Like This role is measured on outcomes, not activity. You will be evaluated on leads generated, cost per lead, audience growth, engagement quality, and how directly your work contributes to revenue across BCS service lines. High performers will have a clear path to leadership within the BCS marketing team.
