Sales Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing revenue team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing the initial sales cycle, and converting leads into paying customers.
• You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, requiring a proactive approach to prospecting and a strong ability to articulate the value of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calling, email campaigns, and networking activities.
• Assess client needs to present tailored product or service solutions.
• Advance prospects through the sales pipeline (awareness, consideration, and decision stages), handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Share customer feedback and market intelligence with internal teams to inform strategy and follow-up actions.
• Support the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Partner with the content team to develop marketing materials (flyers, social media, videos) that accurately reflect the product and resonate with the target audience.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and open houses to capture leads.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• BSc Degree in Marketing and any other related field of study
• Proven experience in a sales or business development role (1–3 years preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• High degree of self-motivation, resilience, and a strong drive to meet or exceed targets.
• Proficiency in use of computer software
• Effective leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Solid planning and organizational skill including keen attention to detail.
• Strong marketing and sales skills.
