Protocol Officer

Main Functions
- We are seeking a protocol officer to provide airport protocol, passenger handling, and transportation support to company personnel and guests travelling on local and international flights.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide airport assistance to Company personnel and guests.
- Coordinate passenger arrivals, departures, check-ins, and airport transfers.
- Manage airport shuttles, drivers, and transportation arrangements.
- Ensure passengers and luggage are safely handled and accounted for.
- Liaise with airlines, Immigration, Customs, NDLEA, Travel teams, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate transportation and protocol records using PTS and G3S.
- Prepare daily travel plans and periodic protocol reports.
- Coordinate accommodation and transportation for unplanned passengers.
- Conduct routine shuttle inspections and report safety concerns.
- Ensure safe and efficient transportation of passengers to and from airports
Tasks and Responsibilities
- B.Sc./B.A. or equivalent qualification, or HND.
- Maximum of 2 years' experience in protocol, airport operations, travel coordination, transportation, hospitality, or a related role.
- Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle early morning/late-night airport operations.
- Basic computer and reporting skills
