Operations Officer

Job Summary
- We are looking for a smart, proactive, and hardworking fresh graduate to join our team as an Operations Officer.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for travelling to various client locations across the Eastern States to monitor and oversee operations, supervise staff, identify operational issues, and ensure that clients’ business processes are running effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and oversee operations at assigned client locations.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and compliance.
- Ensure proper implementation of operational procedures and company policies.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions.
- Monitor workflow, inventory, documentation, and general business activities.
- Interact professionally with client management and staff.
- Follow up on identified issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare accurate reports after field visits.
- Support process improvement and operational restructuring where required.
- Escalate major operational issues to management.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or any relevant discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have completed NYSC and have the NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.
- Must be a resident in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
- Frequent travel across the Eastern States of Nigeria
- Must be willing and available to travel frequently to the Eastern States of Nigeria.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and supervise staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Previous internship, volunteer, supervisory, or field experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 monthly.
