Business Development & Ticket Sales Representative (Remote)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to support ticket sales and corporate outreach for The Big Birthday (TBB) and TGIF in a Box (TIAB).
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective attendees and corporate leads.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Promote TBB and TIAB offerings and convert enquiries into ticket sales or bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Submit a daily activity and sales report.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident speaking on the phone.
- Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Access to a smartphone and reliable internet connection.
Compensation
- Base Pay: N50,000 per month
- Performance Commission: Earn commission on every verified ticket sale and confirmed corporate booking generated through your assigned leads (commission structure to be discussed during engagement).
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, relationship building, and earning based on performance.
