Business Development Executive

Job Description
- Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive for its Iju branch.

The successful candidate will:
- Implement strategies to increase patient referrals and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, HMOs, corporate organizations, consultants, and other referral partners.
- Promote the Centre's laboratory and imaging services to healthcare providers and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Prepare periodic business development and sales reports.
- Represent the organization at meetings, exhibitions, and professional events.
- Support marketing campaigns and brand visibility initiatives.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Radiography, Physiotherapy, or any Biological Science discipline.
- 2–3 years' experience in business development or sales of healthcare services, medical diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other healthcare products.
- An MBA or a Certificate in Business Development will be an added advantage.

- Proven sales and business development skills.
- Good knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
