Procurement Manager

Job Summary
- The Procurement Manager will lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, contract negotiation and procurement governance to ensure quality, cost efficiency and timely availability of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation and selection.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance.
- Develop supplier evaluation and performance frameworks.
- Ensure procurement compliance and transparency.
- Monitor procurement budgets.
- Review purchase orders and procurement documentation.
- Conduct market intelligence and price benchmarking.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage procurement risks.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations and Logistics.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree / HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
- CIPS/CPSP or other recognized procurement certification is an advantage.
- 5+ years' procurement experience.
- Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and contract management.
- Strong analytical and commercial abilities.
- ERP/procurement software experience is an advantage.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
