Procurement Executive

We are seeking a driven Procurement Executive to lead sourcing and supply chain initiatives across our oil and gas operations.

In this role, you'll source, evaluate, and procure high-quality materials, goods, and services that meet both company and client requirements, optimizing cost, ensuring timely delivery, and building reliable supplier partnerships, all while maintaining strong budgetary discipline.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (required).

• MBA or MSc is an added advantage.

• Minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years' experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Proficiency in using the NIPEX Portal for procurement.

Knowledge and Proficiency in:

• Oil & Gas markets, commodities, and standards

• Strategic procurement and supplier management

• Purchasing techniques, materials management, and inventory control

• Vendor and contract management

• Negotiation, cost management, and commercial acumen

• Data analytics, ERP systems (e.g. SAP), and MS Office applications
