Corporate Finance Manager

Job Summary
- The Corporate Finance Manager will lead funding, treasury, investment and financial strategy initiatives that support organisational growth and value creation.
- The role is responsible for financial modelling, investment analysis, capital raising, financial planning, treasury operations and corporate finance transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate finance, treasury, and funding activities.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and strategic business analyses.
- Manage liquidity, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Evaluate investments, capital projects, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Support debt financing and capital-raising initiatives.
- Provide financial insights to executive leadership for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance, financial governance, and effective risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CFA qualification is required.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- 8–12 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Financial Management.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis.
- Experience in manufacturing or import-dependent industries is an advantage.
