- As the Finance & Admin Lead, you will provide overall financial leadership while overseeing administrative and corporate support functions.
- You will ensure financial sustainability, strong governance, effective controls, and efficient administrative systems that support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and provide advisory support to executive management
- Oversee accounting operations, cash flow, treasury, audits, tax compliance, and internal control frameworks
- Manage administrative functions including office operations, procurement, vendor management, and HR administration support
- Drive performance management, process improvement, system optimization, and team leadership across finance and admin functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in finance and administration with leadership responsibility
- Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, ACA, or CPA) is required
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, governance, taxation, audit, and administrative oversight.
