Creative Director

Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Direction:

• Develop and implement the overall creative vision and strategy for the Company's brand, marketing campaigns, and communications.
• Lead the development of innovative and impactful creative concepts that support business and marketing objectives.
• Ensure consistency of the Company's visual identity, tone, messaging, and brand standards across all platforms.
• Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into compelling creative campaigns and experiences.
• Provide creative direction for digital campaigns, social media, advertising, property launches, events, presentations, and other marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on creative, advertising, real estate, and digital marketing trends to ensure the Company's creative output remains relevant and competitive.

Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead, manage, mentor, and inspire the creative team, including Graphic Designers, Content Creators, Copywriters, Videographers, and other creative personnel.
• Set clear creative objectives, expectations, and performance standards for team members.
• Review and approve creative concepts and final deliverables before publication or release.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve the quality and effectiveness of creative output.
• Coordinate workloads, assign projects, and ensure deadlines are effectively managed.
• Identify training and development needs within the creative team.

Content & Campaign Development:

• Oversee the development and execution of creative campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Direct creative production for social media content, videos, photography, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Lead brainstorming and creative strategy sessions with relevant teams.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and other departments to understand campaign objectives and deliver effective creative solutions.
• Ensure creative campaigns communicate the Company's value proposition and effectively engage target audiences.

Brand Management & Quality Control:

• Maintain and strengthen the Company's brand identity across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Establish and enforce brand guidelines and creative standards.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews on all creative materials before publication.
• Ensure all content is accurate, professional, engaging, and aligned with approved brand and marketing objectives.
• Protect the consistency and integrity of the Company's brand across all platforms.

Production & Project Management:

• Oversee creative projects from concept development through production and final delivery.
• Provide direction during photo shoots, video productions, property campaigns, and other creative productions.
• Manage creative timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, photographers, videographers, and freelancers where necessary.
• Support the management of creative budgets and resources.

Reporting & Performance:

• Monitor the effectiveness and performance of creative campaigns and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Provide regular updates and reports on creative projects, campaign progress, and team performance.
• Track creative deliverables against agreed timelines and objectives.
• Analyse audience engagement and campaign feedback to improve future creative strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in creative direction, branding, advertising, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience leading and managing a creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful creative campaigns and brand projects across multiple channels.
• Experience in the real estate, property development, advertising, or related industry is an added advantage.
