NYSC HR Intern

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NYSC HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support.
- The ideal candidate must still be actively serving and have a minimum of 10 months remaining in their NYSC program, as well as reside within close proximity to Lekki Phase 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and events
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate when necessary
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the NYSC program with at least 10-11 months remaining
- Must reside in or near Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
