Sales Team Lead

Job Description
- This is a hands-on leadership role.
- You will not only manage and drive the sales team, but also actively generate and handle leads, close deals, and manage the performance standard for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed targets
- Personally handle leads and close deals consistently
- Monitor and enforce strict follow-up and lead management processes
- Track and manage the sales pipeline for both yourself and the team
- Drive inspections, negotiations, and conversions
- Ensure zero lead leakage across the team
- Analyze performance and implement strategies to improve results
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in real estate sales (Mandatory)
- Proven track record of personally closing deals consistently
- Prior experience leading or managing a sales team
- Strong understanding of:
- - Sales pipelines
- - Lead management systems
- Real estate sales process
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Highly disciplined, accountable, and results-driven
Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 per month. (Plus Commission & Incentives).
