Job title : Business Development Officer (Facility Management-French)
Job Location : Lagos Deadline : August 30, 2026 Quick Recommended Links- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Facility Management sector.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Lead client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with Operations and Technical teams to develop customized facility management solutions.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide periodic business development reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client engagements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years' experience in Business Development within a Facility Management company is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (mandatory).
- Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Facility Management services, including hard and soft FM solutions.
- Ability to identify client needs and develop tailored business solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
