Job Summary
- A marketing manager plans, leads, and measures campaigns to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create comprehensive, goal-oriented marketing plans and budgets aligned with overall business objectives.
- Campaign Execution: Design and oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events.
- Market Research: Analyze consumer behavior, track industry trends, and study competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Performance Analysis: Measure return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) using web analytics and CRM tools.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner with sales, product development, and senior leadership to support go-to-market strategies.
- Team Leadership: Supervise marketing staff, coordinate with external agencies, and manage daily department operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in marketing roles, with prior leadership or project management experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, creative problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Must have workedin areal estate company.
Salary
N250,000 - N600,000 monthly.
