Commercials & Growth Manager

Job Summary
- To drive business growth by developing and implementing effective sales and market expansion strategies for the company’s products and services, with the aim of increasing revenue, customer acquisition, and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies for the company’s products and services.
- Provide a strong push strategy to increase market penetration, customer acquisition, and overall market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, customer segments, and potential partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into profitable business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales plans in line with the company’s commercial objectives.
- Track sales performance, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and other relevant commercial KPIs.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective delivery of products and services to customers.
- Support pricing, proposals, negotiations, and contract discussions where required.
- Identify challenges affecting sales performance and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Represent the company at relevant business meetings, events, and industry engagements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
- 8 - 10years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, Commercial Management, or a related role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales and growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of market development and customer acquisition.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant CRM/business development tools.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
