Product Operation Specialist - AI keyboard

Responsibilities
- Product Insight: Understand local users, identify pain points and needs, and provide insights to improve the keyboard experience.
- Product Operations: Monitor product performance and user feedback, analyze basic product data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Feature Validation: Test and validate new features with local users, collect feedback, and track issues through to resolution.
- User Operations: Build and maintain relationships with local users and fans, organize user testing and feedback activities, and maintain an active user community.
- Product & Competitor Analysis: Track local trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Product Coordination: Work closely with product, engineering, and local teams to follow up on requirements, versions, and product issues.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-6 years experience.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong product sense and a good understanding of local users and their needs.
- Enjoy exploring and playing with products, with strong curiosity about how products work and how they can be improved.
- Good at communicating with users and turning user feedback into actionable product insights.
- Basic understanding of product operations, user research, data analysis, and product management. Self-motivated, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience in product operations, product management, user research, or consumer internet products is a plus.
