Job Summary
- A reputable Microfinance Bank is hiring Relationship Officers to acquire new customers, promote financial products, build customer relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and networking.
- Promote the bank’s account, loan, and financial products.
- Generate and convert leads into active customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales, acquisition, and deposit targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper documentation.
- Comply with the bank’s policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of ND/HND.
- 1+ year experience in banking, microfinance, financial services, sales, or customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven and comfortable with field sales.
