- We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Officer to manage customer relationships, maintain accurate customer records, follow up on leads and enquiries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer information on the CRM system.
- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Track customer interactions, leads, and service requests.
- Liaise with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Prepare basic CRM and customer activity reports.
- Support customer retention and relationship management initiatives.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in CRM, Customer Service, Customer Experience, or a similar role.
- Experience in Automobile, Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or related industries is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation.
