- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Promote and cross-sell the organization's products and services to meet client needs.
- Conduct regular client visits and engagement activities to strengthen relationships.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
