Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• Are you a proactive, target-driven, and creative marketing professional with a passion for generating leads, building brands, and driving business growth?
• We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, attract customers, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing activities in line with the company's business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
• Identify new customer segments and opportunities for business expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the Social Media and Creative teams to develop engaging marketing content.
• Coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, events, activations, and other marketing initiatives.
• Monitor competitors and provide insights on market positioning and emerging opportunities.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to support revenue generation.
• Track marketing activities and provide regular reports on campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, customer interactions, and marketing activities.
• Represent the company professionally at events, meetings, networking opportunities, and other external engagements.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve brand visibility, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.
• Proven ability to generate leads and contribute to business growth.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer acquisition, and brand development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Experience with CRM or lead-management platforms is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be proactive, target-oriented, creative, and results-driven.
