Job Summary
- Stag Engineering Nigeria Limited, a leading electro-mechanical engineering firm, is expanding its commercial team and seeks results-driven Sales Executives to join our offices in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abuja.

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the engineering/industrial sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Represent Stag Engineering professionally at client meetings, trade events, and site visits
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years' proven experience in sales, preferably within engineering, industrial, or technical products/services
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Good knowledge of the local business terrain in the relevant location (Lagos, PH, or Abuja)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales tracking tools
- Willingness to travel within and outside the state of assignment
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
