Role Description
- The Television Presenter will deliver live and recorded programs, news segments, and interviews related to housing, real estate, mortgages, property, and construction.
- Day-to-day tasks include preparing scripts, conducting research on housing sector topics, interviewing guests, moderating panel discussions, and presenting stories in a clear, engaging manner.
- The presenter will collaborate closely with producers, reporters, and technical crews to refine program content, adhere to broadcast schedules, and maintain high editorial standards. Responsibilities also include participating in promotional activities, engaging with audiences, and representing the channel at relevant industry events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Must have 3 to 5 years job experiences
- Strong presenting skills with experience as a Presenter or host in television or related media.
- Practical knowledge of Broadcasting and Television operations, including live studio environments.
- Excellent Communication and Writing abilities for scripting, interviewing, and on-air delivery.
- Comfort and credibility when discussing housing, real estate, mortgages, property, or construction topics.
- Proven on-camera presence, professional demeanor, and ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong research skills, attention to detail, and adherence to ethical and editorial guidelines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by programming needs.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with production and editorial teams
- Must reside in abuja.
