Description
- We are seeking a firm, highly structured, and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee our workforce operations, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational structure.
- The ideal candidate will be an efficient administrator with exceptional interpersonal authority, responsible for maintaining high staff productivity, enforcing company policies, and driving talent strategies that align directly with our aggressive business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, headhunting, and rigorous vetting processes for high-performing sales and operations talent.
- Performance Management: Enforce strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct regular staff appraisals, and implement accountability systems.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce company policies, employee handbooks, and labor law compliance.
- Employee Relations & Retention: Handle internal grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workforce motivation initiatives.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee staff compensation, leave tracking, and performance-based incentive structures in collaboration with finance.
- Corporate Culture & Training: Drive ongoing staff training, leadership development, and maintain a professional, high-impact workplace environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of verifiable experience in HR management (experience within Real Estate, Investment, or Corporate Sales firms is a strong advantage).
- Leadership & Authority: Strong leadership presence, firmness, and the ability to command respect while maintaining objectivity.
- HR Competencies: Deep knowledge of modern HR practices, performance appraisal systems, Nigerian labor laws, and conflict resolution.
- Presentation & Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication skills and an impeccably professional personal presentation.
- Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong emotional intelligence and crisis-management abilities.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Base Salary: N300,000 net monthly
