Housevisory (3 Openings)
Job Summary
- We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our property listings, build strategic partnerships, and accelerate user growth.
About the role
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for expanding Housevisory's network of property partners, onboarding estate agencies and landlords, and supporting strategic initiatives that increase the platform's market presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard estate agencies, property managers, landlords, and developers to list properties on Housevisory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ecosystem partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and field engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and follow through to successful onboarding.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Represent Housevisory at networking events, exhibitions, and industry engagements.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to support business decisions.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and partnership targets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships.
- Previous experience in real estate, proptech, technology, or digital marketplaces is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
