Front Desk Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist hotel guests
- Handle check-ins and check-outs
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries
- Maintain accurate guest records and accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in a hotel front desk role
- Must be experienced with Opera PMS
- Good knowledge of hotel check-in/check-out procedures
- Ability to manage reservations and guest accounts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, well-presented and friendly
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Must be reliable, organized and able to work under pressure.
