Job Summary

Provides analytical, instructional design and coordination support to the Lead, Organizational Learning & Development in executing the Company’s learning and capability agenda under the Evolution Academy brand. The role converts business capability needs into learning solutions, supporting learning needs analysis, curriculum and content development, programme coordination, learning technology and AI-enabled innovation.

Job Details

Learning Needs Analysis, Curriculum & Content Development

• Support the Lead in translating the annual capability strategy, divisional OKRs and business priorities into an executable learning plan, annual training calendar and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Administer skills gap analyses, competency assessments and post-appraisal development needs; consolidate findings into training needs matrices by division, function and job family.
• Support the development and maintenance of the enterprise competency framework, job-role capability profiles and the Leadership Competency Proficiency Map, including mapping curricula to defined proficiency levels.
• Deploy the Curriculum Design Canvas with subject matter experts — guiding SMEs to document their expertise and converting it into structured curricula, module outlines, lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant workbooks and assessments.
• Design and produce learning assets using sound instructional design methodology (ADDIE/SAM and adult learning principles) — slide decks, job aids, microlearning, videos, case studies, simulations and scenario-based exercises — consistent with Evolution Academy brand standards.
• Maintain a central, version-controlled content library so that curricula, assessments and facilitator materials are reusable and audit-ready.

Learning Technology, Digital Products & AI Enablement

• Administer the Learning Management System and allied platforms — user provisioning, course publishing, learning paths, assessments, completion tracking, troubleshooting and first-line user support.
• Support the build, testing and rollout of in-house learning products and digital tools (including the Learning With Impact evaluation platform) — requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, data configuration, content migration, user guides and end-user onboarding.
• Pilot and apply artificial intelligence and emerging learning technologies — AI-assisted content and assessment generation, adaptive and personalised learning, gamification, simulation and mobile learning — to improve design speed, cost efficiency and learner engagement.
• Conduct structured scans of the learning technology and training provider landscape; prepare comparison briefs, capability assessments and recommendations for the Lead and stakeholders.
• Champion data quality, access control and appropriate handling of learner data across all learning platforms.

Learning Analytics, Evaluation & Reporting

• Own day-to-day execution of the Kirkpatrick evaluation model: administer Level 1 reaction instruments and Level 2 knowledge and skill assessments, coordinate Level 3 behaviour-transfer follow-ups with line managers, and assemble Level 4 business-results data against agreed KPIs.
• Build and maintain learning dashboards and the central L&D data repository — participation, completion, training hours per employee, cost per learner, effectiveness scores and return on investment.
• Interpret evaluation data to surface trends, capability gaps and improvement recommendations, rather than reporting activity numbers alone.
• Prepare accurate, internally consistent inputs for OKR scorecards, monthly and quarterly management reports, Human Capital and Governance board reporting packs, and regulatory training returns.
• Track post-programme benefit realisation and support cost–benefit and ROI analyses on major learning investments.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements to programme design and delivery based on evidence from evaluation data and learner feedback.

Vendor, Budget & Stakeholder Support

• Support vendor management — RFP/RFQ preparation, provider evaluation and onboarding, service level and quality monitoring, and post-engagement performance feedback.
• Support training budget tracking, sponsorship nominations, purchase requisitions and invoice processing; flag variances, and identify cost-reduction and in-house delivery opportunities.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and divisional stakeholders to gather capability requirements and follow through to closure on agreed interventions.
• Serve as first-line contact for employee and line manager learning enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution. 
• Support internal marketing and communication for Evolution Academy — campaigns, learner nudges, newsletters and engagement initiatives that drive uptake of learning offerings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education/ Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics or a related field.
• Instructional design, learning technology or learning evaluation certification (e.g. ATD/CPTD, Kirkpatrick Bronze, Articulate/Storyline, data analytics) is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in learning and development, instructional design, HR analytics, talent management or a related role.
• Experience in financial services, lending or a regulated industry is an added advantage.
• Demonstrable instructional design and learning content development skill, with a portfolio of curricula or digital learning assets.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capability — advanced Excel, ability to build dashboards, and confidence interpreting learning and people data.
• Proficiency with learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools and virtual delivery platforms.
• Working familiarity with AI productivity and content tools; exposure to low-code/no-code build platforms is an advantage.
• Strong PowerPoint and business writing skill, with the ability to produce senior-management-quality documents and presentations.
• Sound facilitation and presentation skill, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
