The position
We are currently seeking to employ a  Chief Financial Analyst to report to the CFO. You will have the authority to oversee and deliver solid models, forecasts and analyses that drive business strategy and sound decision making. 

Requirements

• Product profitability management – implement best practices and establish a solid process for regular assessment of Products. 

• Business controlling – establish regular solid process for new initiatives assessment and implementation with post control function. 

• Financial reporting and analysis – implement best practices for performance analysis including identification of key areas of risk, variance analysis, static and dynamic analysis. 

• ALM – provide prudent knowledge and implement best practices in depo pricing, interest rate risk management, transfer pricing. 

• OPEX management – help with the implementation of best practices in OPEX management like better cost planning, cost analytics, operational benchmarking and cost optimization. 

• Modelling – implementation and establishing best practices and Product modelling, creating diversified of models depending on stakeholders’ needs. 

• Budgeting – to provide best practices in budgeting, lead and support FPA team while preparation of Budgets and Forecasts. To implement operational budgets on a monthly basis. 

• Deep coordination and integration with risk management and data science team – this relates on synchronization of the models with Risk team, implementing solid cut-off policy and procedures, better understanding of loan products, proper risk budgeting, coordination on data structuring and reporting. 
  
  Requirements: 
• Required: 7+ years of quantitative and financial modeling experience in banking, finance or consulting sectors, providing financial advice to senior management, building business models, business cases, sensitivity analyses, etc 
• Preferred: CFA or other relevant professional qualifications
