Relationship Manager (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage profitable relationships with new and existing clients.
- Drive deposit mobilization and grow the organization's liability portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products and services.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring client retention.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
- Demonstrated success in deposit mobilization and business development.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Salary
N150,000 – N600,000 monthly (based on experience).
