Customer Relationship Officer

Responsibilities
- Contact clients and establishments through phone calls and physical visits.
- Confirm compliance status of establishments.
- Encourage and follow up with non-compliant establishments to ensure compliance.
- Maintain proper records of all client interactions and follow-up activities.
- Meet assigned daily targets.
- Prepare and submit routine reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / BSc or equivalent
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet daily targets consistently
- Good record-keeping and reporting ability
- Prior customer service, field, or compliance experience is an added advantage
Work Structure:
- Monday to Friday
- Daily operational targets must be achieved.
Salary
N100,000 - N250,000 / month.
