Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Description
- We are seeking a CRM Manager to oversee and optimize customer relationship systems.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, along with excellent communication abilities, and demonstrate proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM, as well as data analysis tools like Excel or Power BI.
- They must be capable of managing multiple data streams and customer interactions simultaneously, improving customer engagement strategies, and ensuring data accuracy.
- The role is primarily office-based.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of the CRM system, ensuring all lead data is accurate and updated.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely, professional manner.
- Track customer interactions and provide reports on sales trends and client feedback.
- Resolve client complaints by investigating problems and developing creative solutions.
- Support the sales team by qualifying leads and scheduling follow-up consultations.
- Develop automated workflows within the CRM to enhance customer engagement and retention.
You’re the Right Fit If You
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
- Have skills in data mining, customer segmentation, project management, and customer journey mapping
- Are proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Can use automation and email tools such as Mailchimp, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign
- Have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
