Regional Sales Officers (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
- Research local competitors, target demographics, and business opportunities in the new area.
- Create strong first impressions and long-term trust with new local clients and partners.
- Generate new sales leads and manage customer accounts.
- Promote and sell company products to distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Report daily sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends back to head office management.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and client interactions.
- Participate in marketing activities, trade visits, and product promotions.

- Sales reporting.
Qualifications
- BSc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 - 7 years of sales experience.
- Residing within the location.
- Fluent in the language of the region.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
