Operations Lead (Fibre + Sales / Business Develop)

Role Overview
- The Operations Lead manages the day-to-day fibre network operations while driving sales and business development in Gwarinpa (Abuja) or Ikeja (Lagos).
- The role ensures reliable technical service delivery and supports customer base expansion and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fibre operations to ensure service reliability and customer satisfaction
- Drive sales initiatives to grow market share
- Manage client relationships and resolve escalated issues
- Coordinate with technical teams for seamless service delivery
- Monitor regional performance metrics and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
Qualifications
- Minimum: Degree (business, engineering, or related field preferred)
- Experience: Mid-level, 3+ years
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Technical knowledge of fibre operations
- Proven sales and business development expertise
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Results-driven, focused on efficiency and growth.
