Management Trainee Sales Executives

• We are seeking ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Management Trainees to join our Sales team.
• The successful candidates will undergo structured training and hands-on experience across key areas of sales, business development, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
• The program is designed to develop high-performing future sales professionals and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the company's management and sales trainee program.
• Learn and understand the company's products, services, sales processes, and target market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor customer and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Attend client meetings, sales calls, product demonstrations, and business development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Follow up on prospects and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and other development activities.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any field.
• 1–2 years of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to undergo training and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 monthly.
