ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium hospitality, lifestyle, and wellness facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, managing staff performance, and delivering an outstanding experience to members and guests.

The role requires a confident, polished, and socially adept professional with strong leadership capabilities and proven experience managing large teams and engaging with high-net-worth individuals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery.
• Lead, supervise, and manage operational teams of 20 or more employees.
• Establish and maintain exceptional customer service and guest experience standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, guests, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Engage professionally and confidently with high-net-worth individuals and VIP clients.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, service standards, and protocols.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity, attendance, and compliance.
• Coordinate staff training, coaching, onboarding, and professional development.
• Manage operational schedules, bookings, events, and facility activities.
• Identify operational challenges and implement timely and effective solutions.
• Ensure the facility is consistently maintained, organized, safe, and professionally presented.
• Support membership engagement, community-building, and retention initiatives.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor operational costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
• Support the planning and execution of events and special activities.
• Utilize CRM, POS, scheduling, booking, and other operational technology to improve efficiency.
• Prepare regular operational reports and provide strategic insights to Management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree, HND, or relevant professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in operations management, luxury hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing and supervising teams of 20 or more employees .
• Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth individuals, VIP clients, or premium customer segments.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, customer experience, and service excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Highly professional, confident, polished, and socially adept.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of operational outcomes.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM, POS, scheduling, booking, and team collaboration platforms.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Competitive monthly salary of ₦600,000 – ₦700,000 , depending on experience and suitability.
