Investment Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Investment Execution:
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies.
- Review pitch decks and investment materials and support recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Conduct market research, company analysis, financial modelling and due diligence.
- Support deal structuring, negotiations and closing processes.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives.
- Maintain internal investment databases and prepare investor reports and presentations.
- Conduct market intelligence, sector analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Track relevant macroeconomic, regulatory and capital market developments.
Fund Formation & Strategy:
- Support the legal, operational and strategic setup of the fund in collaboration with external advisers.
- Assist with fund documentation and internal policy documents.
- Support LP fundraising activities, including data rooms, financial models and due diligence responses.
- Help develop systems and workflows for pipeline tracking, portfolio monitoring and impact measurement.
- Engage with LPs, co-investors and strategic advisers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, consulting or a similar field.
- Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis.
- Exposure to or strong interest in fund structuring, capital raising and fund operations.
- Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant tools.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
